Your session begins with a thorough consultation and bespoke aromatherapy blending. Essential oils are chosen specifically for where you are in your cycles or life stage, supporting both emotional balance and physical comfort. The scent becomes part of the regulation process- inhalation directly influencing the nervous system and, in turn, the endocrine system.
We start with a lower back and hip massage. The lower back is closely linked to adrenal function and the reproductive area. Gently, warming techniques encourage circulation and ease tension that often accompanies hormonal stress.
Then we move onto abdominal massage to support pelvic circulation and digestive comfort. This area is often held protectively during hormonal shifts; softening here helps restore body awareness. Reflex points are then stimulated through the feet- focussing on ovaries, thyroid, pituitary and adrenal glands. This supports systemic regulation rather than isolated muscle relief.
Energy work is used on emotional steadiness and personal centre- helping reduce mood swing and internal agitation. A quiet pause allows the body to absorb the work before returning to the day. Your session begins with consultation and the creation of a bespoke aromatherapy blend chosen to support adrenal steadiness, sacral warmth and emotional regulation. The scent is inhaled deeply as you are guided into slow breathing into the lower abdomen, drawing awareness back into the womb space and calming the stress response. Carefully selected crystals are placed around the pelvis, solar plexus and head to support energetic alignment and soften agitation.
The ritual unfolds with warming massage across the lower back and hips — areas intimately connected to reproductive organs and adrenal function. This is followed by slow, rhythmic abdominal massage to encourage pelvic circulation, digestive ease and reconnection with your centre. Particular attention is given to releasing tension held in the hip joints lower back, where frustration and unexpressed anger often reside. The body is worked in a steady, contained rhythm to support hormonal flow without overstimulation.
Aromareflexology is then applied to endocrine reflex points linked to the ovaries, thyroid, pituitary and adrenal glands, encouraging systemic balance rather than surface relaxation alone. Throughout the ritual, Reiki flows gently through the sacral and solar plexus centres to support emotional steadiness, self-trust and the regulation of reactive patterns. The energy field is then cleansed and smoothed through subtle aura work, clearing heaviness and restoring a sense of containment and clarity.
